HEY THERE - WELCOME!
Hey there, and welcome!
I’m Courtney - a woman who has spent her whole life on a quest to become a more alive, vibrant, true version of myself. My growth has come in waves, with progress sometimes stalling for months, even years at a time, but somehow I keep managing to move in the right direction.
I have read almost every notable self development book out there, I listen to podcasts on a daily basis, and have a version of nearly every journal and planner available stashed somewhere in my office. My iphone is decorated with widgets for meditation, health and wellness apps and I can often be found gathering ideas on Pinterest, watching a Ted Talk or browsing blog posts and articles about productivity on Medium or Substack.
I first started my own blog in 2014, which fizzled out after a few months. I didn’t have a clear vision back then for what I wanted to create - I just knew I had accumulated a lot of good information that felt worthy of being shared.
Since then, I have continued to consume brain food while building my career, raising my kids, learning to be a better friend, building my network and becoming a leader. At this point, I feel compelled to lean in and listen to my inner voice telling me to commit, show up and provide value for other women in need of a little inspiration.

It’s tough to build a business, raise a family, stay healthy and do ALL THE THINGS we want to do in this world. And, some will tell you it isn’t possible. But guess what? I know that’s not true.
I know its possible to have a business that feels joyful, happy, and fulfilled, and it’s possible to thrive in many areas of your life without feeling like you’re running yourself into the ground. I know because I’ve done it.
Here’s a Little Bit of My Story...
I grew up surrounded by self-development. My mom was a professional speaker, so I was introduced to the idea of personal growth at a young age. Our home library was packed with books like How to Win Friends and Influence People, Think and Grow Rich, The Magic of Thinking Big, and Man’s Search for Meaning. I was attending conferences at nine years old, listening to icons like Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, and Les Brown. I had my very first Franklin Covey planner in sixth grade (yep, I was that kid) and learned how to set goals early on. I grew up with a strong belief that my life was my responsibility, and it could be whatever I chose to make of it.
Even with that mindset, though, it took me a while to find my footing.
Here’s What Happened...
After I had my second child, I felt overwhelmed for the first time in my life. Up until then, I’d been juggling my real estate career and personal projects like a pro. But now? My youngest would cry every time I left for work, and I felt torn in every direction. I wasn’t giving my business the attention it needed, I wasn’t taking care of myself, and I certainly wasn’t showing up as the mom I wanted to be.
One night, after hours of tossing and turning, I gave up on sleep altogether. I grabbed a piece of paper and a pen and got to work. I knew I needed a new plan. I revisited my intentions, took a long, hard look at my goals, and realigned my priorities. It was time for a reset.
Once I decided there had to be a way to make it all work, everything shifted. I felt a renewed sense of energy and commitment to myself, and over the next year, I learned how to create (and actually stick to) boundaries. The result? I lost weight, created a happier home, and even grew my business income—all while feeling more balanced and fulfilled than ever.
The Balance Myth (and How I Broke It)
Today, my friends say that I’m the most balanced person they know. I run a thriving real estate career in one of the most competitive markets in the world—New York City—and I still make time to spend with my family, take vacations, meet friends for coffee or cocktails, run half marathons, bake, practice yoga, and even squeeze in time to read for fun.
How? Because I’ve realized that balance isn’t about doing it all. It’s about getting crystal clear on what matters most and making sure the actions you take each day align with those priorities. It’s about managing your energy as much as your time, so you can feel alive and energized instead of depleted and overwhelmed.
What’s Next For You?
I am so grateful for where I am today. I also realize that not everyone has had access to the same resources and support that I’ve been fortunate enough to receive over the years. That’s why I feel such a deep responsibility to share everything I’ve learned with you. I want to give you the tools and strategies to create a future that excites you—one where you’re thriving at work and at home, feeling fulfilled, energized, and in control.
You don’t have to choose between success and balance. You can have both, and I’m here to help you get there.
